We were traveling with our rv when our transmission went out on our 3500. Gabby in service was a God send! She was able to get us in and helped us get to a campground while we waited for a new transmission! The tech was able to get us a new transmission and Gabby kept us up to date with everything! What could have been a disaster but she went above and beyond!! Cannot recommend this service department enough!!! Go see them for service you will not be disappointed!!! Thanks sooo much yall!!!

Kirk recently bought out the old Atwood Chevrolet dealership. This was my first experience since they switched to Kirk. I was pleasantly surprised! I had had numerous terrible experiences at Atwood and wasn't looking forward to going to Kirk but my battery was dead and Atwood had replaced it last time and I believed it to still be under warranty so I went to Kirk hoping they could replace it under warranty. It was and they took care of me quickly! In and out in less than an hour. They were super courteous, friendly, and helpful. Kayla was working the service desk and was super to work with unlike the very difficult to work with lady that works the service desk at the George-Carr GMC dealership across the road. I had pretty much sworn off taking my vehicles to either Atwood or George-Carr in Vicksburg but after my great experience yesterday at Kirk I will go back and pass the word to my friends that the new Kirk is not the old Atwood and things seem to have greatly improved.

I live in Jackson, but I purchased my vehicle from Kirk Brothers Chevrolet of Vicksburg because of my salesperson: Uncle Ray Ray (Earnest Burton). The buying experience was very pleasant and professional. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own. I didn't know what to expect from the experience of putting my trust in the hands of a salesperson that I didn't know. He made me feel at ease with the buying process and I got a great deal on a newer model vehicle with less miles than I originally wanted to purchase. Job Well Done!! Michael McCoy was my salesman, I purchased a 2023 C8 corvette 2lt z51. I could not be happier, I got a extremely good price for this vehicle considering what other dealers are charging. I got this one with all the bells and whistles for less than a base model at my local dealers in Arizona! Michael was great to work with, attentive to my needs and quick to answer my questions and help make me comfortable with my purchase. He even answered my message on facebook in middle of the night lol. Gregg was also a good guy on sales side to deal with, he assisted in the sale and assured me on several things I needed to know before buying. Whoever reads these reviews, go tell your boss you got two all-stars working for you, my only regret was not getting to meet you guys in person since I had the vehicle transported back to Arizona, you all seem like great people!

I drove close to 100 miles to trade my 2015 Honda pilot for a 2023 Chevy Equinox ‼️ My salesman I have known all his life & worked with him at Ameristar Casino in Vicksburg, Ms. ‼️✌️✌️ I think I got a good deal , the only thing is I gave-up my c.d. player, d.v.d. player , leather heated seats but in long-run I will come out alright good in-long-run ‼️✌️✌️ Michael Mc Coy was my salesman & he as well as the upper management was so on spot with helping me get my car ready & on road vacation to West Monroe ‼️

I was traveling from Texas to Florida when my truck broke down. I took it there on a Tuesday and find out the transmission was bad. They gave me options and estimated price. They knew I was a traveler and they rushed and worked hard to get me back in the road. Not just that, they kept me updated all the time where they was with my truck. After purchasing a home in Ponchatoula, LA and it flooding from Ida; I had to temporarily move back up to Vicksburg with my dad until I could make it back down. I've been to Atwood on many occasions for services. I needed new tires installed on at least the rear of my car, as they were pretty bald. I gave very little time for the service and parts department to work with the tire vendor, but they came through for me in the end! At first it was only going to be the rear tires installed, and as they pulled my car around, the front tires had arrived. They got me in quick and efficiently so that I could get back on the road to move back to Louisiana and make it to Baton Rouge in time for my Nana's funeral! I would definitely recommend Atwood for anyone either traveling through or living in Vicksburg.

Can’t say enough about working with Kirk Brothers Chevrolet. Last year I purchased a brand new Volvo from a dealership in Chicago. The car was a lemon and the entire process from the day I bought it to the day Volvo bought it back was a nightmare. I spent weeks researching what vehicle I would buy next because I did not want to wind up in another unreliable car. Kirk Brothers had a used Toyota Grand Highlander that I was interested in. I began working with Centrell and knew I would purchase from him almost immediately because of his professionalism. He is kind, prompt, and most importantly not pushy. I had to make a lot of arrangements to travel to Mississippi to pick up the car. Kirk Brothers sent a driver, Lanz, to the airport in Jackson to pick me up. Lanz was very gracious and kind. When I got to the dealership the team was welcoming and patient. I wanted to test drive the car and take it to an outside mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. They accommodated me and were happy to answer all of my questions. The mechanic I took the car to assured me that the team at Kirk Brothers are straight shooters, which reassured me. Mike, the GM, is a fair businessman and I got a great deal on the car. Michael in financing made the process seamless. Kirk Brothers offered an unbeatable rate for my loan - much lower than any credit union or back I had called. Compared to my previous car buying experience this was a walk in the park, and dare I say pleasant? When is the last time someone has had a pleasant time at a dealership? Centrell made sure the car was extra clean for me, and I drove it back to Chicago. The car drives like a dream and I’m thrilled w my purchase. Cannot recommend Kirk Brothers more. Hopefully, I won’t need a car for a long time but maybe I’ll be back to Mississippi when I do!

Cory Waltman made the entire car-buying experience unforgettable. We all have that fear of walking into a store and having to deal with a salesman. I went online, saw the truck I wanted, sent it in, and Cory said, "I will bring it to you and let you take a look". WOW! Heck yeah, bring it on. I did a quick online application, and they had me in the truck the next day. That is, even with the Jeep trade-in, I spent 6 months trying to sell. ALL WENT GREAT AND MS. KAREN NEWSOME WAS OUTSTANDING WITH HELPING ME OUT DURING THE PAPERWORK PROCESS. EVERY ONE THERE WAS SUPPER NICE AND HELPFULL, SORRY I CANT RECALL ALL THERE NAMES AT THE MOMENT. I recently purchased a vehicle from Kirk Brothers Chevy. Since I lived more than 100 miles from them, I decided to first call them to get a feel for the dealership. I had a very pleasant conversation with the Sales Mgr. Cam Chandler who was very helpful. I told him about my trade-in and its condition. I had done a lot of research before I called and surprisingly enough he was pretty much in line with what I felt was a fair amount. I made a drive over in the next few days to see if could work something out. Everyone at the dealership made me feel right at home. I feel they made me a very good deal so decided to buy the vehicle. They offered to drive the car over to me and pick up my trade the next day. Over all they get my five star rating and I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. My family and I were traveling to West Monroe , La on 11/26 from St. Augustine, FL for Thanksgiving when our truck broke down. Justin, Kayla and Gabby from the Service Department were phenomenal with diagnosing and fixing the problem. They were kind and supportive to make sure the truck was fixed on the road within a few hours of us having it towed to them. They reduced the stress and uncertainty of what we needed to do. Recently my family decided that we needed another vehicle. Michael McCoy is an old family friend so I contacted him about what we were looking for. I had been looking online and I found a car I loved that his daughter, Campbell had posted. I phoned Michael and by the end of the day I was able to sign my paperwork and pick up my vehicle. The guys at Kirk Bros went above and beyond to see that I got the note I could afford every month and I got the car I wanted. If you need a new ride, it is worth the drive to Vicksburg to Kirk Bros. I bought a 2024 Chevy Trax from Kirk Brothers Chevy in Vicksburg. Their variety of cars to choose from is astounding and my sales person, Michael McCoy, was the best all around! Any questions I had, he was there to answer. Any worries or hesitations I had, he was able to talk me through and made the buying process educational and VERY easy. He helped me find the best ride for me and my baby and I could not recommend anyone else but him. Buying a car or choosing the right ride for your family is hard sometimes, but he understood my concerns and listened.
